Phase one: break the hammer

Desshurt opens with a hammer slam. Clear the impact zone, then attack the cracked hammer before it recovers. Breaking it exposes the fin behind the armor. Shift fire to that fin while the shield rebuilds. The safest damage comes after the slam; spending resources before the hammer cracks wastes the short opening.

Defense interval: debris, Salmonids, and beams

After the weak-point sequence, falling debris and a rotating beam pressure the arena while supporting Salmonids appear. Use their Power Eggs to fill the gauge and trigger the Drill Attack. Check the ground and overhead shadows before stopping to fire. A movement-oriented Showstopper can help clear enemies and collect eggs without remaining inside one beam lane.

Phase two: expose the chest

The next main attack uses a tilting beam before Desshurt lands on its chest. Move clear of the beam and final impact, then attack the cracked chest zone. Break it, use the resulting weak point, and complete the next Power Egg and Drill cycle.

Phase three: break both zones

The final phase combines the earlier mechanics. Avoid the hammer and chest attacks, then break both destructible zones in succession. Do not spend every resource on the first break if the second zone is still protected. Once both are down, commit the saved weapon, Gadget, and Showstopper damage to the exposed boss.
